Served on a soft and fluffy Dave's Burger Bun Done Right, this burger is sure to become a family favorite.
1 lbs ground beef
2 tsp Herbin Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix - Pack'd Smoke
4 Dave's (Killer Bread) Burger Buns Done Right
1/8th of red onion sliced thin
1 heirloom tomato
2 slices cooked bacon (if desired)
4 slices cheddar cheese
Mayo, Mustard and/or ketchup
Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and 2 teaspoons of Herbin Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix. Mix well with your hands until the seasoning is evenly distributed throughout the meat.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each one into a patty. Placing a thumbprint into the center of each patty on both sides. This will help cook evenly.
Place the patties on the grill or griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Add the sliced cheese in the last 30 seconds of cooking.
While the burgers are cooking, slice the avocado, red onion, and tomato.
Once the burgers are done remove them from the heat and let them rest for a minute.
Assemble the burgers by placing a dallop of ketchup, a slice of tomato and a patty on each of the Dave's Burger Bun Done Right. Add a half slice of cooked bacon on top of each patty (if using). Top with sliced avocado, red onion, and tomato.
Spread your choice of mayo, mustard, and/or ketchup on the top bun, then place it on top of the burger.
