Indulge in the creamy and flavorful goodness of Herbin' Ranch Pasta Salad. Featuring Phoenix Pasta Company's amazing shell noodles, this salad is a delightful medley of textures and tastes. The star of the show is our Herbin' Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix, which infuses every bite with a harmonious blend of herbs and spices.

Cool shell noodles and peas come together in perfect harmony with our creamy Herbin Ranch dressing. You have the creative freedom to adjust the mayo and milk to your desired level of creaminess. The result is a pasta salad that's as refreshing as it is satisfying.

For a finishing touch, a dash of The Smoked Paprika adds a smoky complexity that elevates this dish to a whole new level. Whether served as a side dish at a picnic or as a main course for a weeknight dinner, our Shells and Herbs Pasta Salad is sure to please.

Prepare it in advance and refrigerate for a flavor infusion that gets even better with time. Creamy, smoky, and utterly delicious, this salad is a crowd-pleaser waiting to be enjoyed.

  1. Cook the shell noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain the cooked noodles in a colander. (We strongly recommend cooking the pasta in very salty water.  We also add some smoked onion and smoked garlic powder to our water to give it an extra kick of flavor)

  2. While the noodles are still warm, add the frozen peas to the colander with the noodles. The heat from the noodles will help thaw the peas. Allow them to sit together for a few minutes to cool.

  3. Transfer the cooled pasta and peas to a large mixing bowl.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of milk. Add 2 tsp of Herbin' Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix to the mixture and whisk until well blended. Adjust the mayo and milk quantities as needed to achieve a creamy texture. If you prefer a creamier salad, add more mayo and milk.

  5. Pour the Herbin Ranch dressing over the pasta and peas. Gently toss the ingredients together until they are evenly coated with the dressing.

  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, you can refrigerate it overnight.

  7. Before serving, check the consistency of the salad. If it has thickened too much, add a dash of milk and stir to help it cream up again.

  8. To finish, sprinkle The Smoked Paprika over the top for a smoky and colorful garnish.
